Zhang Yimou (The Great Wall, House of Flying Daggers, Raise the Red Lantern) has gone under the knife at least once, if recent rumors regarding 73-year-old director are to be believed. Fans were asking the question after new photos surfaced of Yimou on Wednesday (November 20) looking a bit different.
