A boy or a girl? At 46, Virginie Efira (La Chance de ma vie, The Perfect Date, Off Prime, Former ‘La Nouvelle Star’ host) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 60% chose a boy, while only 40% picked a girl.
