A boy or a girl? At 79, Sylvie Vartan (Nicolas, Comme un garçon, Quand tu es là) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite singer's child to be a boy or a girl, 76% chose a boy, while only 24% picked a girl.
