A boy or a girl? At 42, Sienna Miller (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Factory Girl, Layer Cake) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 78% chose a boy, while only 22% picked a girl.
