Acclaim seems to last forever in showbiz. Not surprisingly, Sergio Leone (Once Upon a Time in America, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, A Fistful of Dollars) is the clear winner, with 52 percent believing he's the ‘Best Director in the World’.
