A boy or a girl? At 64, Sean Penn (Milk, Mystic River, I Am Sam) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actor's child to be a boy or a girl, 55% chose a boy, while only 45% picked a girl.
