A boy or a girl? At 58, Sandrine Alexi (Les Guignols de l'info) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite comedienne's child to be a boy or a girl, 52% chose a boy, while only 48% picked a girl.
