A boy or a girl? At 58, Sabine Paturel (Les bêtises) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite singer's child to be a boy or a girl, 55% chose a girl, while only 45% picked a boy.
