A boy or a girl? At 86, Queen Paola of Belgium now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite monarch's child to be a boy or a girl, 72% chose a girl, while only 28% picked a boy.
