A boy or a girl? At 70, Patrick Sébastien (‘Le plus grand cabaret du monde’ host) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite comedian's child to be a boy or a girl, 68% chose a boy, while only 32% picked a girl.
