Acclaim seems to last forever in showbiz. Not surprisingly, Pascal Bruckner (‘The Beauty Stealers’ author, ‘The Temptation of Innocence’ author, ‘The Tears of the White Man’ author) is the clear winner, with 60 percent believing he's the ‘Best Author in the World’.
