A boy or a girl? At 88, Nicole Croisille (Une femme avec toi, Parlez-moi de lui) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 87% chose a boy, while only 13% picked a girl.
