A boy or a girl? At 35, Nia Sanchez (Miss USA 2014) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite model's child to be a boy or a girl, 62% chose a girl, while only 38% picked a boy.
