A boy or a girl? At 44, Nayib Bukele (El Salvador's President) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite politician's child to be a boy or a girl, 61% chose a boy, while only 39% picked a girl.
