A boy or a girl? At 79, Michel Polnareff (Lettre à France, Love me, please love me, La Poupée qui fait non) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite singer's child to be a boy or a girl, 84% chose a girl, while only 16% picked a boy.
