A boy or a girl? At 40, Mayana Neiva (Sangue Bom, Love, Eternal Love, The Buzz) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 67% chose a girl, while only 33% picked a boy.
