A boy or a girl? At 52, Matthieu Chedid (-M-) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite singer's child to be a boy or a girl, 82% chose a girl, while only 18% picked a boy.
