A boy or a girl? At 46, Marisa Ramirez (Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, The Young and the Restless, Blue Bloods) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 63% chose a boy, while only 37% picked a girl.
