Style Advice - Mariano Rajoy (Spanish Prime Minister) proved to everybody that he is one of the most talented politician of his generation, and he is hot. When asked in an April poll, what should the 69-year-old Spanish wear to look even hotter, the large majority of respondents (68 percent) said they wanted him to go shirtless.
