Acclaim seems to last forever in showbiz. Not surprisingly, Lino Ventura (Les Misérables, A Pain in the A..., The Great Spy Chase, Monsieur Gangster) is the clear winner, with 52 percent believing he's the ‘Greatest Actor of All Time’.
