Style Advice - Jacques Séguéla (former communications adviser to President François Mitterrand) proved to everybody that he is one of the most talented business man of his generation, and he is hot. When asked in an April poll, what should the 90-year-old French wear to look even hotter, the large majority of respondents (81 percent) said they wanted him to go shirtless.
