A boy or a girl? At 73, Gérard Lanvin (Ball and Chain, The Favorite Son, Walk in the shadow) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actor's child to be a boy or a girl, 66% chose a girl, while only 34% picked a boy.
