A boy or a girl? At 45, Élodie Navarre (The Art of Love, Love Me If You Dare) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 55% chose a boy, while only 45% picked a girl.
