Dr. Dre's baby: It's a Boy! (or at least it should be for 54% of respondents)

A boy or a girl? At 59, Dr. Dre (I Need a Doctor, Let Me Ride) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite rapper's child to be a boy or a girl, 54% chose a boy, while only 46% picked a girl.
