A boy or a girl? At 66, Donna Strickland (Nobel Prize in Physics 2017) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite scientist's child to be a boy or a girl, 59% chose a girl, while only 41% picked a boy.
