A boy or a girl? At 87, Claude Lelouch (Itinerary of a Spoiled Child, A Man and a Woman) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite director's child to be a boy or a girl, 63% chose a boy, while only 37% picked a girl.
