A boy or a girl? At 49, Cee Lo Green (Crazy) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite singer's child to be a boy or a girl, 73% chose a boy, while only 27% picked a girl.
