A boy or a girl? At 38, Camille Lacourt (100m backstroke world champion) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite athlete's child to be a boy or a girl, 56% chose a boy, while only 44% picked a girl.
