Caio Castro's baby: It's a Boy! (or at least it should be for 64% of respondents)

A boy or a girl? At 35, Caio Castro (Trail of Lies, The Buzz, Young Hearts) now knows what to expect, if he doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actor's child to be a boy or a girl, 64% chose a boy, while only 36% picked a girl.
