A boy or a girl? At 41, Billie Piper (Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Day & Night, Girlfriend, Because We Want To, Doctor Who) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite singer's child to be a boy or a girl, 68% chose a girl, while only 32% picked a boy.
