A boy or a girl? At 52, Arantxa Sánchez Vicario now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite tennis player's child to be a boy or a girl, 53% chose a boy, while only 47% picked a girl.
