A boy or a girl? At 39, Alejandra Lazcano (Pobre diabla, Acorralada) now knows what to expect, if she doesn't want to disappoint fans' expectations. When asked whether they would prefer their favorite actress' child to be a boy or a girl, 52% chose a girl, while only 48% picked a boy.
